Welcome to CGVA's Winter 2025 Skills Clinic Series!

Colorado Gay Volleyball Association (CGVA) is excited to announce a new 4-week skills clinic that we will be putting on with the assistance of several new coaches! 

Paco Shyrock, Jorge Martin and Irving Peralta have all been coaching Volleyball at Dive Volleyball for years now and have lots of great experience to share with us.

These clinics are open to all skill levels but will largely be focused to our green, yellow and orange divisions.

At this time clinics are restricted to CGVA players to maintain our community and safety.

Due to court size and availability we will be maxing out each clinic at 30 people per clinic day.

WEEK 1 - Hitting & Defense - 2/23/2025

430 PM - 630 PM

Coach Paco and Jorge will be working with us on best practices for Hitting and teaching some great movements for Defensive play.

WEEK 2 - Setting & Passing - 3/9/2025

430 PM - 630 PM

Coach Jorge and Irving are going to harness our skills in Setting (focusing largely on our setters) as well as best practices for Passing.

WEEK 3 - Passing Techniques - 3/16/2025

430 PM - 630 PM

Coach Irving will be presenting another clinic on passing to reinforce the lessons from week.

WEEK 4 - Rotations & Positioning - 3/23/2025

In this week's skills clinic Board Members from CGVA will be going through rotations as well as some plays that can be added to your team!
